Why Our Complimentary Advice Service?

Contact us for advice on the following…
This year, 1 in 5 people within the UK will suffer a pain or injury that lasts for longer than 3-months. Despite having undergone various tests & examinations, with numerous clinicians; it’s our experience that many patients fail to receive an adequate diagnosis of their pain or injury. Thereafter, patients often fail to receive adequate and consistent guidance regarding the treatment / management of their pain and / or injury. We’re often told by patients that they feel like they’ve been syphoned through a system; pushed from clinician to clinician, test to test, treatment to treatment without any real direction or rationale. We feel that there is a clear need for the more comprehensive management of patients suffering with pain and / or injury within the UK. Our free at the point of access advice service is something that we felt compelled to establish in order to answer this need.

The Four Types of Patient We see At the Clinics

What to Expect During a Call.

A Short Clinical History of Your Complaint.

We take all patients through a brief clinical and past-medical history, in order to help us get an idea of a working diagnosis and differential diagnoses of your condition.

Advice Regarding Further Investigation / Examination of Your Complaint.

This may include advice to consult with certain clinicians, seek further investigation such as blood tests or procure investigative imaging such as an MRI scan. If we feel that we can help you, we will offer you a face-to-face appointment at the clinic or a telehealth consultation. If we feel you would be better served by a clinician external to our clinic, we can provide you with their details.

Why Call Our Complimentary Advice Service

Our complimentary advice service is designed to offer members of the public the opportunity for consultation about their pain or injury, but without the delays that patients typically face within the NHS. However, much like the NHS, we are proud to deliver this service free at the point of access.
